- Depalatization of cans.

The factory includes an automatic system that removes the external kraft paper and then removes the plastic and dumps the product into a silo to transfer it to the filling machine.

The raw product came from 25 kg bags or 1 ton boxes.

- Transfer silos.

The grain silos were overturned and the product was sent to the same feed silo.

- UV washing tunnel.

- Can seamer.

The cans are UV treated and one side of the can is sealed before it is fed into the gasification furnace.

- With modified atmosphere application system.

- Filler.

The product is fed into the filling machine.

- Capper.

Once carbonated, the product is covered with plastic caps.

The can leaves the critical hygiene area with a plastic lid applied and is then grouped into boxes.
