The factory consists of:
- Gas and electric dehydrating oven.
Approximate capacity: up to 200 kg of natural fruit per batch.
Approximate yield of up to 30 kg of dried fruit per day*.

- 1 stainless steel sink with double sink for cleaning.
- 1 bench in stainless steel with approximately 3 meters.
- Plastic boxes for food handling, manipulation and preparation.
- Transparent boxes for storage.
- Water bath chocolate melting tank.
Approximate capacity: 5 liters.
- Packing sealer (manual operation).
- Label printer with barcode.
With heat distribution by vacuum water pipe.
To dehydrate fruits such as pineapple, banana, mango, guava pitaya among other fruits. |
