How it works:

Chocolate Entry: Newly molded or coated chocolate products enter the cooling tunnel.
Cold Air Circulation: Inside the tunnel, the chocolate is exposed to a current of cold air. This air stream is maintained at a specific temperature to ensure controlled cooling of the chocolate.
Cooling Chocolate: Cold air removes heat from the chocolate, allowing it to solidify and acquire the desired texture. This process is especially critical to ensure the chocolate has a shiny appearance and crunchy crunch when consumed.
Speed Control: The speed at which products move through the tunnel is controlled to ensure even and consistent cooling.
