How a vacuum oven works:

Vacuum Creation: The process begins with creating a vacuum in the oven chamber. This is accomplished using a vacuum pump, which removes air from the chamber.

Controlled Heating: After creating the vacuum, the oven is heated according to the needs of the process. The temperature is precisely controlled using a thermostat.

Low Pressure Evaporation: With the vacuum established, evaporation occurs at lower temperatures than under atmospheric pressure, making it effective in drying and processing heat-sensitive materials.

Moisture and Gases Removal: Moisture and gases are removed from the greenhouse chamber during the process. This is especially useful in dehydrating materials and removing dissolved gases.

Monitoring and Control: Many modern vacuum ovens are equipped with automated control systems that allow operators to program temperature and pressure cycles, monitor the process, and ensure that desired conditions are maintained.

Return to Atmospheric Pressure: At the end of the drying or processing cycle, the oven is usually vented to allow the vacuum to be broken and atmospheric pressure to be restored to the chamber.
